Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of the platform. Creating an account means accepting them, and continuing to use the account means accepting any updates published to them.
Where a clause below refers to an amount, a limit or a legal detail that the operator publishes separately, the operator’s own document is the authoritative version. The rest of the platform is on the We1Win Malaysia site.
Eligibility and Account Registration
- Accounts are available only to persons aged eighteen or over.
- One account is permitted per player. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bonuses attached to them cancelled.
- All information supplied at registration must be accurate and current, including the real name, which must match the holder of the bank account or e-wallet used for payouts.
- The operator may request confirmation of identity or of the payment method at any time, and may restrict activity on the account until it is provided.
- Access to the account, including the password, is the responsibility of the account holder. Activity carried out through a correctly authenticated session is treated as the account holder’s own.
- Availability of the service in a given territory is subject to the operator’s own restrictions.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency
- Accounts are denominated in Malaysian ringgit, and all stakes and returns are settled in that currency.
- Deposits must originate from a payment instrument held in the account holder’s own name. Third party payments may be refused or reversed.
- Payouts are made to a payment method linked to the account and belonging to the account holder.
- Minimum and maximum amounts, together with processing times, are displayed in the cashier and withdrawal sections of the account.
- The operator may delay a payout while verification is carried out, or where activity on the account requires review.
- Where a crypto deposit is made, conversion to ringgit is applied at the rate in effect when the transfer is credited.
- Transaction history in the account is the record of deposits and payouts and should be checked after each operation.
Practical detail on channels is on the payment methods page.
Bonus Terms
- One welcome bonus is available per player, attached to the product selected at the qualifying deposit.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to the turnover requirement published with that offer, calculated across the deposit and the bonus together.
- Requesting a withdrawal before the turnover requirement is met cancels the bonus and any winnings attached to it.
- Bonuses are released only after the account holder’s name, phone number and payment details are linked to the account.
- Turnover must generally be generated on the product to which the bonus is attached.
- The operator may withdraw, amend or cancel an offer, including where abuse is identified.
- Arrangements designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, including coordinated betting across accounts, are treated as abuse.
The current offers and their terms are listed on the promotions page.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are not permitted and may result in restriction or closure of the account, with funds obtained through them forfeited.
- Holding or operating more than one account, whether directly or through another person.
- Allowing another person to use your account, or using an account that is not yours.
- Using automated software, scripts or any tool designed to interfere with a game or with the platform.
- Depositing from, or requesting payouts to, payment instruments belonging to a third party.
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes instead of contacting support.
- Supplying false information at registration or during verification.
- Attempting to circumvent a limit, a self-exclusion or a territorial restriction.
Account Suspension and Closure
- An account holder may request closure of the account at any time through support.
- The operator may suspend an account where there is a suspicion of breach of these terms, of fraud, or where verification is outstanding.
- Where an account is closed, any balance not subject to an unresolved investigation or an outstanding bonus requirement is returned to the account holder through a linked payment method.
- Requests for self-exclusion or a cooling off period are actioned by support and are not intended to be reversed on request; see responsible gaming tools.
- Treatment of accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, including any administrative charge, is published by the operator in its own document.
Liability and Service Availability
- Games and betting markets are supplied by third party providers. Results are determined on the provider’s systems rather than by the operator.
- The service may be interrupted for maintenance, or by faults affecting a provider, a payment channel or a network.
- The operator is not responsible for connectivity, hardware or software on the player’s side, including a connection lost during a round or a bet.
- Where a round or a market is affected by a technical fault, the provider’s own rules for voiding or settling it apply.
- Funds credited to an account in error may be reclaimed, and the account holder is expected to report an obvious error rather than play the balance.
- Odds, prices and payout tables displayed in error may be corrected, and affected bets adjusted accordingly.
Changes to These Terms and Disputes
- These terms may be updated. Continued use of the account after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
- Disputes should first be raised with support, which has access to the account records needed to resolve most questions.
- Where a dispute concerns the outcome of a game or a market, the records held by the relevant provider are used to determine it.
- The governing law, the jurisdiction and any external dispute procedure applicable to these terms are published by the operator in its own document.
Support routes and what to prepare before contacting them are on the contact support page.
